Marybeth is the best! She did an amazing job of finding an 'impossible-to-find' home for us in a nearly impossible situation. As a school teacher on a modest income, with five children, my wife and I were in need of more space to keep the family happy. Marybeth found us a beautiful home that met all of our criteria, and then she put together an incredible USDA loan that made the purchase possible. The house had an unfinished basement, which we quickly remodeled giving 2 extra bedrooms, a very large bathroom, a second kitchen space, and a family room. We have been very happy here. She worked diligently every step of the way, and went far, far out of her way to answer all of our questions. She is an incredible Realtor!
