I need for many of you to know that Marybeth went the whole 9 yards for Me and my Fiancee, first we were just having fun as couples do, looking at homes and Mary Beth had shown us a few,but when we noticed a home in Hubbard that was one level, we asked if we could see it. She made the appropriate calls and we were able to see this wonderful home on short notice. Now we had seen 3 homes previously with Marybeth and none had satisfied our needs and or wants, but this single story caught our eye. we looked at this home and fell in love with the open floor plan, but me being the man and a slow mover, another couple had moved in and made an offer.. uugghhhh you all know how this feels, but Marybeth said she would let us know if the offer fell through. Well the offer fell through and we made our offer, and it was accepted because Marybeth kept us up on things. Marybeth walked us through many hurdles and she was our champion, through the loan process and much more. But more is to tell. As our offer was accepted and needed repairs were agreed upon the owner for some reason took the washer and dryer that were supposed to be left. We informed Marybeth of this problem, and she did her due diligence and informed us of our options, and we chose to have the previous owner bring back the washer and dryer. Now I know this was hard for Marybeth to do but she protected our interest and did as we requested no matter the discomfort to her and in making this an easy transition. But Marybeth came through for us and made Me and my Fiancee very Happy Happy Home owners because she cares and is willing to sacrifice for her Customers. And Now we are So Very Happy In Our Home and Building a Life together Thanks To Marybeth

My wife and I are just about to close on our first house. We were a little nervous because we have never done this before. Marybeth walked us through the process, found us a house they met our needs and wants. And we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Marybeth, you will not be disappointed.

Marybeth did a great job for me. She understood my situation and she also seemed to get me as an individual. I was a first time homebuyer and she never made me feel stupid. She mapped everything out for me and patiently explained it. She represented me well and recommended a fine inspector. She knows the area and certainly understands residential real estate thoroughly. Marybeth was extremely helpful in finding my wife and I find our first home. We came into the experience knowing absolutely nothing and Marybeth was very patient and knowledgeable. We had a very specific set of expectations and preferences for our future home and Marybeth was able to help us narrow down our search and find us exactly what we were looking for. She is very easy to get a hold of and calls/text you back ASAP if she misses a call, she's the kind of person that will go above and beyond to make ends meet. Marybeth was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive to our needs, she responded QUICKLY and answered all questions thoroughly. She made us feel as if our needs and best interest was her top priority! Whenever we wanted to look at a house it was we would give her a time and the appt. was made. She was extremely patient, we were very particular buyers.

We contacted Marybeth after a listing with another agent had expired. Within 10 days of engaging Marybeth, we had 5 signed offers. The offers were at or above the listing price that I had insisted upon. The top offers were at a higher price Marybeth had recommended. We accepted the best offer. Another of the other offers asked to enter into a contract to sell to them if the first offer did not complete. The sale of the house to the first buyers closed smoothly and quickly. I give Marybeth my greatest recommendation and greatest thanks.

Marybeth is personable and professional at the same time. Her sales strategies are fabulous. She taps into a variety of sales venues. She gave insightful suggestions in how to present our home; showing an awareness of even small details that can have a big impact for potential buyers. I have utmost respect for her. Unfortunately due to circumstances that had nothing to do with Marybeth, I was unable to list my house with her.

Marybeth was perfect in all aspects of her dealings in Real Estate, She is a very good representative and will do an excellent job whether in selling or buying your home.
